WHAT IS LABOX?
LABOX is a multidisciplinary architectural design practice formed in 1999 between Spanish and British professionals dedicated to offering its clients innovative design packages tackling anything from programme conception and competition schemes, through to completed buildings, refurbishment and public spaces.
LABOX considers itself to be a design partner to its clients offering the best service possible with the most enthusiastic and capable technical professionals available at a reasonable price. We aim to help clients find their way even before they have decided they need a new building (and sometimes they don’t!). Our portfolio includes urban planning and urban design schemes, small to large scale public buildings including government offices and public research facilities, small to large scale refurbishment, schools, public and private housing and exhibitions stands, including all the graphic material without the need for outside collaborators. We consider specialization as a design “cul de sac” and offer instead, partial or complete design packages which attempt to find innovative, realistic solutions to almost any architectural brief.
LABOX offers professionals ranging from architects, industrial engineers, landscape designers, forestry engineers, M&E engineers, structural engineers and graphic designers. We believe that bigger isn’t always better and we try to cultivate an organic flexibility to the team and client management depending on the problem at hand. The job leader will coordinate your needs and expand the team and the facilities to suite without the need for disproportionate costs.
